My Favorite Gowanus Building for Rent!

GowanusI have always been intrigued by the round silo-esque building that sits on the Gowanus at the Carroll Street bridge.  Curbed has the scoop on Bapple's rental listing. For a mere $4,000 a month, you too can have access to the two-bedroom building (but you can't actually live in it) and have a place to park two cars and a boat. Who wants to go in on it with me?
