IKEA Happy!

Oh baby. The new Ikea is fun. It's gigantic. It's a baby overstimulation center. And, it's probably going to drain me of more money than I possess. Yeah, it's a bit ugly and bright blue, but it gets my two thumbs up.

I planned on going to Ikea today. I decided to fight the feeling knowing that I might come home with a bunch of cute things that I really don't need. I just love that place. I was actually interviewed there for channel 7 news on the opening day LOL... Now you know why I had to fight the urge today... I am obsessed!

I bet you had fun!

I really enjoy your blog! I'd like to send you an email about my blog, what email address can I use? Thanks!

Hi,
I've loved looking through a Brooklyn Life! I wondered if you've ever encountered the Kentler International Drawing Space, 353 Van Brunt Street?
An incredible resource of works on paper and prints by emerging artists from all over the world.
It's a non-profit gallery that's been open since 1990 also with a great education program that brings local public school kids to the gallery. Right now there's a terrific show featuring the work of 44 artists from Argentina.
