Brooklyn Cookie
A friend of a friend has started her own cookie company, aptly named Brooklyn Cookie, and just in time for Christmas. All the cookies are intensely decorated form cookies. And though I haven't tasted them, they sure look pretty ... Orders now being accepeted.

They look fantastic and they're so elaborately decorated! But 35-40 bucks for 16 cookies is outrageous. Then there's a $8-12 shipping charge because it doesn't appear that you can pick them up.
hey, i just wanted to say i love your blog. as the special envoy for brooklyn (re: belgian wafels : http://thedinges.blogspot.com or http://www.wafelsanddinges.com) i wanted to let you know that there will be a special appearance of the wafel truck in park slope on saturday, december 8th - on 7th avenue somewhere (possibly between union and 5th street). if you could please pass the good news along, i am certain that you would benefit from the deliciousness that will come. thanks for your great blog!
