Freebird Re-Opens with New Owner

Just got an email that neighborhoodie Peter Miller has bought Columbia Street's Freebird Books and he's celebrating at a publication party for Pierre Bayard and his book, How to Talk About Books You Haven't Read, this Sunday (November 18) from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. Refreshing to see a much loved store fall into more loving hands instead of simply closing.
