Cringe Night
Freddy's Bar & Backroom is a cool little spot in Park Slope that does music, art shows and, on the first Wednesday of each month, Cringe Reading Night. The premise: Folks read aloud their childhood diaries, letters and poetry--basically anything that normal people would've have either burned or locked deep in a chest years ago. I'm not sure what kind of person would willingly do this, but I guess it could be kind of fun to find out.

Oh, I would totally be the type of person to do that! It's always fun to laugh at myself... a friend of mine used to bartend at Freddy's (not sure if she still does?), it's a fun place! Anyway, just wanted to say that I really like this blog for all its bits of Brooklyn info. Keep up the amazing work!
Park Slope?
We saw this on the news. Tracey wants to do that.
She still has all that stuff from her teenage years.
LOL
Spencer: You're right, hadn't realized it's actually a block or so into Prospect Heights.
If you're into that whole "labels" thing.... ;)
