Artists Working Out

The phrase Brooklyn Artist's Gym seems a bit like an oxymoron, so it makes sense that it has nothing to do with gyms. Instead, it's a collective that allows artists to affordably rent studio space and have a place to sell art. The group is having its first Small Works Show from September 8 to 20, and kicking things off with a 6pm to 9pm party on Friday. ABL reader D Robert Wolcheck tipped us off to this event, and he (probably not coicidentally) will be showing his work--hey nothing wrong with a little self-promotion!
