A Brooklyn Beat: The Fuck Monkeys

I don't about you, but I lived for Strangers with Candy. The first time I watched it, I thought it was the stupidest thing I'd ever seen, and I didn't enjoy looking at Jerri Blank's huge overbite. And then I watched it again. And again. And then bought the DVDs. And then started saying "good times" whenever I'd think of something horrible that had happened, or making jokes about my previous career in Mexico with a donkey called Ramon. And then I burned out, and skipped the movie, which I heard kind of sucked anyway. But on Friday at Galapagos, maybe I'll go see The Fuck Monkeys, billed as a comedy show by a bunch of the writers from SWC and The Colbert Report. Good times.
