If you've downloaded the mix, please let us know how the speeds were. We are currently trying to get an understanding of the bandwith requirements.

If this mornings episode disappeared from iTunes. Woops! I noticed that iTunes was doing some funky stuff with the id3 tags .. it let off Adam's name so I went back into the feed to fix it. Now it seems that whatever I did causes this first episode to disappear. You can go ahead and just download the file directly. Make sure aren't streaming the file.. you know right click and save blah blah blah..

If some of you are having connection issues, I've contact the ISP and there working with me to tweak the servers to they can handle large file downloads better. We're trying to work out some of the kinks still. Also, I've noticed when the server goes off line, it's messing up the rss feed.

Excited to hear this, great new feature, but yeah the download is crrrrrawling in Itunes.

I asked our ISP guy Dave, he told me last night that when he checked there were 30+ concurrent connections. I'm looking into way to make this faster. One reader suggested we use Coral Cache, but I've had problem with that service in the past.

Plus, I read this in their FAQ:

Coral is not saving me bandwidth for my large file!

Because of bandwidth overuse, we temporarily capped off Coral to disallow transfers of files greater than 50 MB. Our current deployment has servers with 4 GB performing whole-file caching (and are running at cache capacity). If clients are pulling files on the orders of 100s of MB, the benefit of the system for hundreds of other websites is greatly reduced, as data would otherwise be quickly evicted from caches.

Found some nice mixes on your site.

Enigmatic pleasures by Adam S. is one of my favourite mixes.

Keep up the good work and I love the fast download without any hassles.

P.s. so happy you're providing the track list as well.
