My Favorite Gowanus Building for Rent!
I have always been intrigued by the round silo-esque building that sits on the Gowanus at the Carroll Street bridge. Curbed has the scoop on Bapple's rental listing. For a mere $4,000 a month, you too can have access to the two-bedroom building (but you can't actually live in it) and have a place to park two cars and a boat. Who wants to go in on it with me?

I wonder how often someone comes by to see if you're actually living there.
The Real World: Brooklyn. Its the perfect space. What's another 7 "hipsters" in the hood?
I dunno maybe they'll open a Dunken Donuts across the street so everyone will have something new to complain about... oh wait..
Oh, I love the Real World idea! Can you imagine them fishing from the Gowanus for food?
Wow, I always wondered what the deal with that place was. Always thought it'd make a decent place for a low key supervillain lair, just keep the escape speedboat at the ready...
I just discovered this building the other day. Really great. What is it used for? And how long before it's torn down and made into luxury condos?
Carroll Street by the bridge is amazing. I look forward to dining at Monte's soon. If I was moving to the nabe and didn't care about the schools, I'd buy on this block.
how can a space have 2 bedrooms and commercial use only?
For that money, I would just sit in the parking space and rent out that parking space to different people.
