How Much for 6 Days in the Meatpacking District?
How does $1,500, plus a $3,000 deposit hit ya? I'd hate to see how much of that deposit you'd lose if there's an incident without a coaster. Thanks Craigslist!

Studio available from July 30-August 4. Separate kitchen and bathroom. Quiet cobblestone block near all transportation, nightlife, shopping, restaurants, etc. DSL/airport included.
No pets. No smokers. You must have impeccable referances, know how to use a coaster and pay a $3000 deposit to be returned if I return to find the apartment in the same condition I left it in. For the right, responsible person, I'll consider other reasonable offers in terms of duration and cost of sublet.

sounds like they really want to rent out the place. . .
if you'd been stupid enough to pay what they must pay in a month for rent, you'd really want to rent it too.
but you can get a really nice hotel for less than that. and they will change your sheets and won't get pissed if you don't use a coaster.
